Lichii is an experimental open-source emulator for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 software. It is written in C++ and builds on Eglantine, Eden, yuzu, and Sudachi. The current desktop release is build 93, published 6 Nov 2026 as a pre-release.

There is no browser build and nothing to play on this page. The download button goes to the file list, which only links to the GitHub release.

What changed in build 93

The release notes cover AMD shader correctness, Vulkan synchronization, an AV1 decoder source fix, and a new desktop profile that seeds FSR1, Fast GPU, video decoding, asynchronous presentation, and ordinary asynchronous shader compilation for new configurations only.

The same notes leave black textures, haze, HUD flicker, cutscene audio, and the initial Linux shader-loading stall open. The AMD fixes were not verified on the machines that hit those bugs. I keep that caveat next to the version number instead of treating build 93 as a universal fix.
